Extend Your Care Beyond the Clinic

A digital neurorehabilitation platform that connects clinicians, clients and carers – extending stroke, brain injury and cognitive rehab into daily life with real‑time monitoring and support.

Problem

The Care Cliff

Without continuous reinforcement, carryover and adherence slip. Clinicians have limited face‑to‑face time, limited visibility into day‑to‑day struggles, and extra admin to evidence outcomes.

Huge Gaps in Care

Gains made during therapy stall between sessions. Without everyday cues and support, adherence drops and hard-won progress fades.

Scattered Tools, Siloed Teams

Paper handouts, dozens of apps and messaging channels add complexity and makes coordination and reporting a tedious manual time-drain.

Solution

Bridge the Gap

Keep your patients engaged with therapeutic activities and routines between appointments, ensuring progress continues after they leave your clinic.

Personalize Treatment at Scale

Easily tailor interventions to each client’s needs using a library of cognitive tools and strategies. Neumind lets you deliver bespoke rehab plans without spending extra time developing materials for every patient.

Save Time on Admin

Streamline repetitive tasks like scheduling, reminders, and note-tracking. Clinicians report saving over 30 minutes a week by reviewing in‑app data instead of chasing updates by phone or email, allowing you to focus on patient care.

Real-Time Progress Tracking

Get data-driven insights into each client’s journey. Monitor adherence and improvements through the clinician dashboard, so you can adjust care plans proactively and demonstrate outcomes with confidence.

Collaborate with Caregivers

Connect family members and support workers through the platform to create a 360° support network. Everyone stays in the loop with the client’s goals and progress, making transitions and home support more coordinated.

Clinical planning meets everyday living

A Complete Digital Rehab Toolkit

Manage your caseload with an intuitive dashboard. Easily add new clients, assign strategies with a few clicks, and get an overview of each client’s app progress at a glance – all in one secure platform.

Cognitive Tools

Turn your rehab plan into interactive daily actions. Cognitive Tools combine reminders, nudges, trackers, journals and step‑based tasks to make plan → prompt → practice effortless, while giving clients and carers practical tools to support independence in everyday life.

  • Memory aids, routine planners, step‑based tasks, trackers and journals in one place.
  • Automate follow‑up with smart prompts, so clients get timely cues even on days you don’t see them.
  • Replace anecdotal “How have things been?” with objective data and patient feedback.

Library of Strategies & Education

Give every client access to structured, evidence‑based strategies without starting from a blank page. The therapy library covers executive function, memory, fatigue, mood, self‑awareness and more [use the AI assisatant to personalise/tailor for each client individually].

  • Blend cognitive strategies, therapy exercises and education into one-coherence programme for each client.
  • Use the AI Therapy builder to adapt content, add visuals and personalise therapies to a specific client.
  • Keep consitency across your team so clients receive the same high‑quality materials regardless of who they see.

Outcome Tracking & Reports

See what’s happening between sessions at a glance. Neumind aggregates trackers, adherence data, and rich insights into clear visual trends and report‑ready summaries, so you can practise data‑informed neurorehab without extra spreadsheets.

  • Capture longitudinal multi‑domain data such as fatigue, mood, pain, attention, confidence, knowledge and more.
  • Review trends, and insights flags on your dashboard to guide session planning and timely adjustments.
  • Generate adherence and outcome report for care planning, discharge or funding reviews in a few clicks.

Family & Carer Invovlement

Turn family and support workers into coordinated allies. The Care Circle brings carers into the same plan you see, so everyone understands the “what, when and why” of daily rehab tasks, bridging professional and informal care.

  • Reduce “out of the loop” feelings and by keeping everyone aligned on goals, strategies and day‑to‑day tasks.
  • Invite spouses, adult children or paid carers to view schedules, goals and key resources in one place.
  • Capture carer input alongside client data to enrich your clinical picture, while you retain clinical oversight.

Built on research → Made for real life

Evidence-Based & Recommended

Grounded in cognitive-rehab best practice, co-designed with clinicians and survivors, and informed by real-world use.

Established Evidence Base

Neumind was designed to reflect established gold-standard cognitive-rehabilitation methods—reminders, structured tasks, journals and trackers—and were co-developed with neurorehab clinicians, individuals with brain injury and family members. See how the research maps to specific features.

Recommended by INCOG Guidelines

The International Cognitive Rehabilitation (INCOG) 2023 guidelines highlight smartphone-based external memory aids and “microprompting” as first-line strategies for severe memory impairment. Neumind operationalises these methods—prompting daily practice for memory, attention and executive functions.

Co-designed with Patients & Clinicians

Born from lived experience and built with therapists, Neumind has been iterated with NHS teams and patient advisors to reduce cognitive load, simplify routines and keep families in the loop.

Real-world Outcomes

Early pilots and services report strong engagement when nudges, reminders and trackers are used—e.g., high medication adherence and appointment attendance—with results varying by context. We continue to collect and share outcomes transparently.

FAQs

Straight answers to the questions clinicians ask most.

Is neumind appropriate for my clients, including those with significant cognitive impairments?

Yes. neumind was co‑designed for people with memory, attention and executive‑function challenges. You can start small (e.g., one routine or reminder) and use stepwise onboarding as confidence builds. Where needed, clinicians or family can manage setup and day‑to‑day prompts via the Care Circle, so the client’s interaction can be as simple as acknowledging a prompt. Clinician tip from users: “Start with one routine; expand as confidence grows.”

Will this add to my workload?

It’s designed to reduce it. Templates and a simple planner get you set up in minutes; you can even practise safely in a sample‑client mode and lean on short how‑to videos. Clinicians report saving ~30 minutes per week by reviewing journals and auto‑collected data rather than chasing updates.

We already use WhatsApp / calendars / TeamUp - why add neumind?

Consumer tools don’t provide rehab‑ready prompts, trackers, care‑circle access, or exportable engagement/outcomes in one place. neumind turns plans into daily, structured actions, captures adherence and ratings automatically, and gives you a live view to adjust care between sessions - capabilities chat or basic calendars don’t offer.

Our older or tech‑anxious clients - will they manage it?

The app uses research‑informed, error‑reducing flows (a “narrow‑deep” interface and guided steps), plus you can keep it caregiver‑managed if needed. Start with one or two features to avoid overload; predictable prompts often reduce anxiety because clients always know what to do next.

What evidence or outcomes back this up?

Real‑world data (≈600 users over 8 months) shows ~83% task completion, 120,000 prompts delivered, and strong retention well above typical health apps. Clinicians also report fewer missed appointments with nudges and ~30 minutes weekly admin time saved through in‑app reviews.

Does neumind fit my discipline (OT, neuropsych, SLT, physio)?

Yes. The core tools—reminders & routines, nudges, trackers, journals, tasks, shared resources—are flexible across cognitive, communication and functional goals. The therapy library includes recognised frameworks (e.g., GMF, PQRST, CBT worksheets) you can tailor per client.

Security and compliance—can we use this in the UK?

Yes. neumind is GDPR‑compliant, uses encrypted storage/transmission, and operates under a clinical safety framework. DTAC submission is in progress (NHS Digital Technology Assessment Criteria). It is not a medical device and does not replace clinical judgement. (For the US: HIPAA is not yet achieved.)

Do you integrate with our EHR?

Not yet. EHR connectivity is on the roadmap. Today, teams use neumind’s dashboards and exports for reviews, supervision and reports.

What devices are supported?

Clients use a smartphone app (with optional caregiver involvement); clinicians use the web dashboard on desktop or laptop. This pairing enables remote monitoring and day‑to‑day prompting between sessions.

How is pricing structured?

You can create a free clinician account to explore. Usage is typically per active client, with flexible options to bill a client or funder. See Pricing for current plans.

Can we trial it before rolling out?

Yes—Book a demo, try workflows with a sample client, and pre‑load plans before inviting real clients so they start with momentum.
