FAQs
Straight answers to the questions clinicians ask most.
Yes. neumind was co‑designed for people with memory, attention and executive‑function challenges. You can start small (e.g., one routine or reminder) and use stepwise onboarding as confidence builds. Where needed, clinicians or family can manage setup and day‑to‑day prompts via the Care Circle, so the client’s interaction can be as simple as acknowledging a prompt. Clinician tip from users: “Start with one routine; expand as confidence grows.”
It’s designed to reduce it. Templates and a simple planner get you set up in minutes; you can even practise safely in a sample‑client mode and lean on short how‑to videos. Clinicians report saving ~30 minutes per week by reviewing journals and auto‑collected data rather than chasing updates.
Consumer tools don’t provide rehab‑ready prompts, trackers, care‑circle access, or exportable engagement/outcomes in one place. neumind turns plans into daily, structured actions, captures adherence and ratings automatically, and gives you a live view to adjust care between sessions - capabilities chat or basic calendars don’t offer.
The app uses research‑informed, error‑reducing flows (a “narrow‑deep” interface and guided steps), plus you can keep it caregiver‑managed if needed. Start with one or two features to avoid overload; predictable prompts often reduce anxiety because clients always know what to do next.
Real‑world data (≈600 users over 8 months) shows ~83% task completion, 120,000 prompts delivered, and strong retention well above typical health apps. Clinicians also report fewer missed appointments with nudges and ~30 minutes weekly admin time saved through in‑app reviews.
Yes. The core tools—reminders & routines, nudges, trackers, journals, tasks, shared resources—are flexible across cognitive, communication and functional goals. The therapy library includes recognised frameworks (e.g., GMF, PQRST, CBT worksheets) you can tailor per client.
Yes. neumind is GDPR‑compliant, uses encrypted storage/transmission, and operates under a clinical safety framework. DTAC submission is in progress (NHS Digital Technology Assessment Criteria). It is not a medical device and does not replace clinical judgement. (For the US: HIPAA is not yet achieved.)
Not yet. EHR connectivity is on the roadmap. Today, teams use neumind’s dashboards and exports for reviews, supervision and reports.
Clients use a smartphone app (with optional caregiver involvement); clinicians use the web dashboard on desktop or laptop. This pairing enables remote monitoring and day‑to‑day prompting between sessions.
You can create a free clinician account to explore. Usage is typically per active client, with flexible options to bill a client or funder. See Pricing for current plans.

Take control of your recovery journey.
Cognitive tools, strategies, and reminders to help you live independently.
Flexible payment options
You don’t have to carry the cost alone. You can pay for your own subscription, ask a family member to pay, or your legal fundholder or clinic may cover it for you. Neumind supports all three options and handles the billing so you can focus on recovery.
Clinic pays
If your clinic or rehab provider uses neumind Practice Pro, they can include your subscription in their package. You’ll usually receive an access code instead of entering payment details yourself.
You pay
Chose your plan and subscribe directly. On the Rehab plan, invite you therapists to use neumind as part of your care.
Family or fundholder pays
A family member, case manager, deputy or insurer can pay on your behalf. We send them a secure link or invoice and manage renewals and receipts, while you simply use the app.
How it Works
Getting started is simple. You can join via an invite from your clinician or sign up yourself, choose the plan that fits your stage of recovery, decide who pays, then download the app and start using your tools straight away.
Get an invite or sign up

Choose your plan & who pays
